In my own devout studies and their understanding, through experience and application, by learning and working within the various realms and their practices, I have gained the most profound understanding, respect, appreciation and clarity of these methods and ways. These practices have been such a catalyst in the process of my own journey due to my own understanding of them, enhanced by my own studies of the ways of the ancients and the truer understandings of the ancient teachings and what can be conglomerated into what is known as Hermetic philosophy and practice.
In the study of my various practices, whether termed Shamanic or otherwise, I have developed my own methodology, attained through Gnosis in the embodiment of universal Hermetic philosophy and my practical experience of it; incorporating learned wisdom of the ages from various ancient cultures, teachings, medicines and modalities to create and hold sacred spaces, navigate the realms and guide others into a place where we can access the subconscious directly, gaining the insights we need to both heal and direct us, on the true path forward.
These spaces are honoured, held and respected and the intention is always worked in alignment with the needs of the client or group.
Shamanic Journeying
In journeying, the sacred space is opened and held so that we may journey into the varying planes /shamanic realms, those within our subconscious; in order to gain insight, clarity, direction or information pertinent to the individual client. I work both one to one and in a group setting with shamanic journeying bringing a deep introspective integration of the experience afterwards, my natural view of the universe in that of augury, deciphering the symbolism and aligning with the resonance of the client(s) for the clarity requested.
A brief consultation beforehand will decide the intention and direction of the journey in order to gain the insight needed to best guide the client in the optimum manner.

Breathwork Ceremony
Our breath is our life force, it is the wind of life that moves us in the subtle dance of life’s dualism. In ancient Hebrew it is known as Ruach, the Spirit Breath, that infinite etheric spark that courses the very energetic beings we are. Inhaling this very force deep within our bodies, bringing life in the flow of oxygen to our cells and firing them into energetic action and explosive creation through the completion of the cycle in its release. This cycle is our cycle of life, unconscious in its flow, the place of stillness and of vibration rolled into one, duality equally honoured, the pendulum swing and the beautiful balance of equilibrium of the all, our micro universe dancing within the macro in perfect step.
Opening the space with the intention for the group, we utilise the shamanic drum and the power of the breath in unison to bring forth states of pure bliss and/or the release of stored and trapped emotional energies that have lingered in the body.

Soul Retrieval
In life, we often face difficult moments and experiences, traumas that cause an extreme shock to our soul. When this happens sometimes our higher selves will escape the body in order to save that pure part of themselves from that initial shock and the damage it could cause to that soul part’s purity. This leaves us stuck or fragmented with parts of us that cannot be re-sparked or recovered no matter what we try. This happens often in life and a retrieval is one method where we can journey back to recover those parts that left in that chaotic time and bring them back now when your body is able to host them.
